Term 3 Skills Program (Boys)

Vida Footy runs weekly skills sessions for you to come and develop and practice throughout the term. These sessions are small groups with ratios of 1:6. The sessions are run on Mondays and Wednesdays each week from 5pm for 1 hour. Most importantly the sessions will encompass
Session will encompass
- Skills training
- Video Analysis
- Kicking and Hand-balling technique
- Tackling technique
- Tactical awareness and development
- Marking technique
- Game-based awareness and development
- Professional Coaching

Dates: Monday 11th of July until Wednesday the 14th of September
Time:
Mondays 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Wednesdays 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Wednesdays 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Cost:
$60 per session or $500 for ten sessions
