Girls Term 3 Skills Program

Vida Footy is excited to bring you the Term 3 skills program for Girls, a program designed to improve and develop your skills and game sense.
The 10-week program, run by current AFLW player Jess Dal Pos, is designed to develop junior girls from 8 years of age to 16. Jess Dal Pos is the former GWSW captain and has been awarded AFLW Players’ Most Courageous Award, been an All-Australian and a club best and fairest. She now plays for Carlton in the AFLW and is not only known for her playing & coaching but also for her leadership and role model attributes.
Session will encompass
- Skills training
- Video Analysis
- Kicking and Hand-balling technique
- Tackling technique
- Tactical awareness and development
- Marking technique
- Game-based awareness and development
Details:
Dates: Monday 11th of July until Wednesday the 14th of September
Time:
Mondays – 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Cost:
$60 per session or $500 for ten sessions
