DESCRIPTION:Vida Footy Programs are run during the school holiday periods or over a long weekend and offer a great opportunity for players to come along and get a high volume of education over consecutive days. The program holds various themes giving players experience in all aspects of the modern game. \nThe Program will run on the 4th\, 5th\, and 6th of July (Tue to Thu).  You can do one\, two or three days.\nThe Holiday Program will include and focus on: \n\nSkills with Video Analysis for players to see themselves in a closed skill and open skill situation\nGame-based activities challenging their decision-making process\nTackling technique\nProfessional coaching\nDynamic Warm up’s\nCooldown recovery phase\nModern game drills and activities\nBall handling activities with and without pressure\n\nWe will group players into age groups and skill level once registration is complete\nCLICK HERE TO SIGN UP NOW \nDetails:\nDates: Tuesday 4th\, Wednesday 5th & Thursday 6th of July\, 2023 \nTimes: 9 am to 12 noon \nLocation: Veneto Club\, Bulleen (Click here for map) \nCost: \n1 session – $70 \n2 sessions – $110 \n3 sessions – $145 \n \nEach player will achieve a greater understating of the game by having an opportunity to get a high volume of quality education. DESCRIPTION:Vida Footy is excited to bring you the Term 4 skills program\, a weekly program designed to improve and develop your performance in the off-season. These sessions are weekly small groups and are run on Wednesdays & Thursdays each week for 1 hour. \nSession will encompass \n\nSkills training\nVideo Analysis\nKicking and Hand-balling technique\nTackling technique\nTactical awareness and development\nMarking technique\nGame-based awareness and development\nProfessional Coaching\nGPS access in the sessions to give players data feedback with work rate\n\nDetails: \n\n10-week program starting Wednesday\, October 5th and/or Thursday\, October 6th (Last Session Dec 7th/8th)\nTime: Wednesdays & Thursdays 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm or 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm\nCost: $550 for 10 sessions or $66 for a one-off session\nLocation:\nAges: 10 to 18 years old\n\nNotes \n\nOnce registered a Vida Team member will give you a call to let you know your day & time based on your age & level\nPlayers can do one or two sessions a week\nYou can start at any time during the term\n\nRegistration \n\n10-week program (Starting 5th/6th Oct) – Click Here\n9-week program (Starting 12th/13th Oct) – Click Here\n1 off session – Click Here\n\nKeep developing your footy in the off-season! Players learn how to continually repeat the skill in a closed skill collaborative environment\, followed by open skill under pressure. \nFrom all our experiences of coaching junior & elite players in various sports in Australia & overseas\, we have seen that it is our role to provide the environment & education\, and the player’s role to absorb\, experience and give effort. Jess Dal Pos is the former GWSW captain and has been awarded AFLW Players’ Most Courageous Award\, been an All-Australian and a club best and fairest.
