DESCRIPTION:Level up your game this summer! \nA high-energy program designed to sharpen skills\, improve movement\, and develop smarter footballers. \nThe Program Focus\n\nFundamentals – Ball mastery\, first touch\, passing & control\nBody Craft – Agility\, balance\, coordination\, movement quality\nDecision-Making – Game awareness\, scanning\, speed of play\nSkills with Video Analysis for players to see themselves in a closed skill and open skill situation\n\nPlayers will be grouped according to their level to ensure challenge\, development\, and confidence for all athletes. \nThe Coaching Team\nWe are pleased to have Ricky Dyson join the Vida Footy team to lead the two-week program.
